There is a considerable difference in deeper tones and resonance when used with an aged Spruce top acoustic guitar. Your best buy for the money.

Looking for a source for cheap strings, and these are great and at a great price. They whomp my local guitar store, and are a better string for finger picking.

Have not used my guitar for years, decided to try it again. Forgot most stuff about the guitar! These strings seem to be well made, had no problem with packaging, etc. Bought 3 packs; all were sealed boxes, strings were
in packages (2 per pack, 6 total). Brand new, no tarnish or other signs of use. Priced very well also, and were
received in 3 days time, standard shipping.

These strings sound great on an acoustic when properly tuned, I bought these at a local shop after looking at a different brand. The owner of the shop reccomended them as part of a setup. I like the lighter sounds out of them, and using a capo makes them sound great also. These seem significantly brighter and more dynamic than my previous set of Ernie Ball strings and I am planning on trying them out on another guitar soon.
They seem to stay in tune more than other strings and also take to bending well. I use them on an electric acoustic and I am happy with the sound when i play through an amp.

I have used these strings since I got my first guitar at the recommendation of the sales guys at MARS. They sounded much better than the original strings that came with my guitar and have yet to fail me. I actually had a set last me over two years. (I don't play nearly as often as I'd like.) Overall, great value and sound in one package!
